I made these burgers because I found the ingredients in my house and thought they would taste good together. I was right. These puppies tasted delicious. I ate one over a bed of greens instead of a bun and it worked out perfectly.
These are pretty easy to make so there is no excuse to not try.
Red Pepper and Feta Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
1 lb ground 93% lean ground turkey breast
2 red bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup fat free feta cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 and grease a baking sheet.
- Saute the diced peppers over medium heat until soft.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients.
- Separate into four equal parts and form four patties.
- Place each patty onto the sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
