Whole Wheat Pineapple Bars

This is my first post from my new apartment. I am super excited to live here for the next year because it is right next to campus and downtown so that means I can walk everywhere!

My mother, grandmother, and two of my siblings came into town to see my new place so I had to make them something. I decided to adapt my Mandarin Orange Bars recipe, my mother's favorite. She also loves pineapple so I used pineapple in the place of the oranges. It turned out swimmingly!

Sometimes change is good.
