Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken

Hello all, yet another chicken recipe. This one is super easy and really good. Minimal ingredients maximum taste.

Just because this has garlic does not mean that your breath will be able to kill a vampire. During the cooking process along with the added brown sugar it takes on a more mellow flavor. So what are you waiting for? Mince some garlic, heat some oil and preheat your ovens, we have cooking to do.

Side note: I was going to use chicken breasts for this concoction but there was a sale on tenderloins at the store, so the wallet determined tenderloins would triumph over breasts.

Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
5 chicken tenderloins
2 tsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp brown sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat and cook the garlic until just becoming translucent, about 1 minute. Be attentive, they will burn quickly.
  3. Remove from heat and mix with the sugar.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
