Cranberry Apple Chicken

Here is a quick little number you can whip up as a last minute meal. It has a whopping number of three ingredients and can be done in under an hour. Since it is winter break, a time for lazy, this is the perfect dish to make for my family.

Before anyone gives me heck for using canned cranberry sauce, my house is currently emptied of orange juice and yes, I was too lazy to go get some. If we did have juice, I would have made my own cranberry sauce because you best believe I love me some homemade cranberry sauce. Also the sauce I make is normally more tart than the canned variety. You win some, you lose some.
